The Dinosaur Place is Fun!


We wanted to do some fun things with Baby Boy this summer. Now that he is 4, we have more options  He is really into dinosaurs right now. His favorite TV shows are Dino Dan and Dinosaur Train.  So, I thought it would be cool to go somewhere with a focus on dinosaurs. (more…)

How to Start Making a Difference


Have you ever felt overwhelmed by all of the charities, organizations and causes that tug at your heart-strings? Have you ever wondered how to choose which ones to help? Have you ever said, “I’ll help when I have some extra money” or “I can’t help because I can’t afford to give money”?  I can answer YES to all of those questions. I had to stop WANTING to do something and actually DO something!! So, I decided to look for alternatives to monetary donations. (more…)

It’s Library Time!

We went to the library today! I love going to the library and I want to instill that love in my little one, but we haven’t been in a long time because life has been too busy. Since i’m on vacation, I decided to try to plan some fun things with my little one, so off we went on our library adventure. (more…)
